3. Are the products customizable?
Yes! We do offer customization options for certain products like canvas paintings and epoxy wall clocks. 4. How do I place an order on your website?
Placing an order on Mulmil India is easy:

- Domestic orders (within India) typically take between 2-3 business days to process and ship.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes! We offer beautiful, eco-friendly gift wrapping for an additional fee. If you're sending a gift, you can also include a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Note: Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
