1. Shipping Information

  • Shipping Country: India
  • Delivery Time: All orders are delivered within 6-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order. The following shipping rates apply:

Orders 0–1.285kg ₹49.00
Orders 1.2kg–3kg Free
Orders 3kg and above ₹180.00

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the delivery status of your shipment.

3. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with reliable courier partners Like Bluedart, Xpressbees, IndiaPost  to ensure timely and safe delivery. Once shipped, you can use the tracking number to monitor your package's status on the courier’s website.

4. Delivery Address & Contact Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Contact Number: A valid phone number is required to ensure smooth delivery and timely contact in case of any delivery issues.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window of 8-15 business days, please contact us at team@mulmil.com or reach us via WhatsApp for assistance.
  • If the delivery is delayed beyond 15 business days, we will investigate with our courier partner to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we offer shipping within India only and do not accept international orders.
